mid-term assessment

Next week (October 25), class will meet at the regular time (1:00 - 3:30 pm).
We will have a model.
You can draw, using your medium of choice.

Everyone will warm up, with short gesture poses. After that, we will start individual reviews.

While you are drawing, I will meet with each of you, individually, in the assessment room across the hall (room 12). You are expected to bring everything you have made this semester in this class. If you have extra drawings, please bring those too. Even if you are not sure if the extra drawing applies to class, please bring it. I am happy to give you feedback. It is up to you. But, YOU MUST BRING ALL DRAWINGS FROM CLASS to this meeting because we will review them, and I will be able to give you an idea of where you stand in this class.

The camera will be set up in the assessment lab.
I can take photos of your work so that it is documented digitally.

While you are waiting your turn for review, you are expected to draw in our regular room.

***NOTICE***
Because we have a model, you MUST enter and exit through the designated door, and pay special attention to only leave or enter the room when you absolutely must. If you are not with me, discussing your mid-term performance, you should be in the studio, drawing. Your breaks can coincide with the model's breaks. When the model is in the room, you should be in the room, working.
